I just moved to Winchester from Pennsylvania and this was my first visit to this dealership. Not knowing the layout of the buidling I walked into the showroom and was greeted by a salesman, who was smiling, my first visit to this dealership. Sam, the Sericve Manager, expalined the repair that was needed and the total cost and made sure I understoodeverything before I authorized the service. Were great during the buying process but not much on following up with a customer to see how things are going. Difficult at times to get calls or emails returned.
