We continue to be pleased with the service we receive at Winchester Mitsubishi and are very happy that we now have Ben Shabib as our service adviser. Dealership has a auto service called A1 Auto Service and they do all the service work on Mitsubishis. BEN Shabib was my service advisor and he was really nice and personable and honest. Even showed me pictu they do all the service work on Mitsubishis. BEN Shabib was my service advisor and he was really nice and personable and honest. Even showed me pictures of a few things that needed to be taken care of on my vehicle which I did not know about. Pricing is really good I highly recommend asking for Ben. I will definitely be back because of Ben since my last service advisor was pretty bad and he is no longer there. Kudos to Ben for making my way short and keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle I could not ask for more. More

Waiting time was reasonable, calm and comfortable waiting area. My only issue is that the guy who checked me in gave me a price of my.service between $350-400.
