The service department didnt put my oil filter on correctly so oil leaked out. I got stranded an hour from home Friday night on the coldest night of the year. Called them Saturday picked up a lon correctly so oil leaked out. I got stranded an hour from home Friday night on the coldest night of the year. Called them Saturday picked up a loner And was told it would be ready on Monday. After calling day after day finally called the dealership talked to the manager and told them what was going on it finally got picked up Thursday. I assumed it was gonna be towed back because there was no oil in it but from what I can see they drove it back Which is very disappointing. There was an oil jug on the passenger floor 2/3 empty there was a drink that I don't drink in the cup holder and I never go below a 1/2 a tank of gas and it was empty. Now the car is making some noise that I have no idea what it is and I'm not taking it back there. More
