Scheduled appointment on Tuesday for Friday and they called me on Friday 15 min before the appointment stating they can not do it. I was very disappointed and stated they needed to get it done. The once called me on Friday 15 min before the appointment stating they can not do it. I was very disappointed and stated they needed to get it done. The once the finished the install the we’re missing a part and was told it’s now going to cost more. It took forever to get this part and now I have to wait and pay more for the missing part. No apology’s or anything. And their fee they tack on are high and have never been charged hazardous disposal fee for an install this is normally charged when changing oil or batteries. Very disappointed in the experience I had. More
