Communication after the purchase has been poor. Promises from the dealer were mostly not kept. I was very patient but regularly disappointed after the purchase. First I was told the final detailing would be done the next day and the car would be delivered to me. It was a few days later when the car was finally delivered. It was delivered with 1 key when I was told the car came with 2 keys. I called the dealership and was told they had the other key and would mail it to me. I was told the registration would be completed and the license plate mailed to me on about a month. The key did not arrive in the mail. Finally a few days before the temp tags expired, I was told they could not get the registration since I had not had the car inspected. This was the first I heard anything about inspection. I went to an inspection location and was told the dealer probably meant I needed an emissions inspection so I got that done. The registration was completed and I was told I could go to the dealership to pick up the registration and the 2nd key. I drove the 1.5 hours to pick-up both items. After the purchase I was disappointed several times due to u kept promises and bad communication from the dealership. More

I purchased a used 2013 Chevy Equinox July 25, 2025. The remote keypad was damaged very badly. I show it to Ramona the salesman and she didn"t help or say anything. I went to Rich one of the salesmanagers and he verbally promised to send a new remote keypad; as of today September 08, 2025 I haven"t received the keypad. I have been repeatedly lied to my Rich, and Tee. This is very unprofessional, dishonest, untrueful, and is definitely hypocritical. I wouldn"t receommend this dearlership to anyone. More
