Recently I purchased a used 2024 Toyota Tundra and received excellent service from my sales representative John Scott. While I was waiting for my 4Runner to receive service, I decided to check out the received excellent service from my sales representative John Scott. He did a good job of listening and then said they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. He suggested I check out a used 2024 with very low miles. The truck was much nicer than I was looking for and the price was not that much more than the older models. He walked me through the process patiently even suggesting a less expensive option for running boards than that which I settled on. Several weeks after purchase he checked in with me again to make sure that I didn’t have any further questions. More

Rose was really great. We had originally planned to buy a car that had some external blemishes, and the dealership agreed to try to fix them, which they did. Rose called us when the work was done to let us know she recommended we see the vehicle again before finalizing the sale. We did so, and we ultimately determined that we no longer wanted to purchase it. If she had not given us the heads up, we would have had it delivered, and we would have been stuck with a car with which we were not totally satisfied. Instead, we ended up buying a different, newer car, which Rose helped us with as well. We loved the fact that we got to work with her from start to finish. We would definitely buy there again. More
