When we got there, he had a car pulled up under the awning for us to look at and compare. Very detailed review went for a test drive and ended up trading in the Venza (18,000 miles) and purchasing a new red Crown Signia! After I bought the Venza in '24 our friends who had "19 Highlander hybrid asked about our buying experience and I explained how easy the whole process was. They went about a week later, didn't ask for anyone and bought '24 Highland hybrid. They said their experience was like ours No Bull! That says a lot about the management and leadership of the company. I believe Steve has been there about 12 years and see the number of Star performants plaques on the wall bearing his name you know you are dealing with a real professional! More

My dealership experience was great overall. The only complaints I'd have was how long it took to do the finals of the deal once numbers were agreed on.
