I am a general manager for one of the largest garage door companies in the world and seeing just how Steven went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as soon as I receive my vehicle, I drove it back from Portland to San Francisco. There was a light that came on that showed brake wire on the Mercedes. I reached out to him and within 30 minutes he called me back and said that they would take care of it and to a man of his word he did that they took care of everything as I brought it into my local Mercedes dealership, Stephen is definitely a huge asset to Wilsonville Toyota just his follow up and his detail is amazing. I would definitely recommend Steven to all my friends and family as Steven dhows what real commitment and follow up and customer relationship is all about.
