A Breath of fresh air. This is my 1st personal experience with WIlsonville Toyota, and I’m here because of our daughter’s experience. The “Toyota dealership in Vancouver” was HORRID FOR HER TO DEAL WITH. Bald faced lies, a “women don’t know anything” attitude, & deceit were standard. But, with WIlsonville Toyota, EVERYTHING I’ve experienced so far at WIlsonville Toyota is “Top Notch”. We just purchased a used 2011 Toyota Venza. Nice car. NO PRESSURE. We found two very minor things things that got missed when processing the the previous owner’s trade-in. (The heated Driver’s seat didn’t heat, and a burned out license plate light bulb.) Lawrence’s response was immediate. “Bring it in, we’ll give you a loaner and get it taken care of.” No quibble like “well, you have to understand the car is 14 years old”. NO, it was immediate, “we’ll fix it.” I volunteered to fix the light bulb myself, if Service would just show me how to access it. The Service Writer chuckled & said “we’ll be glad to fix it for you”. THAT’S SERVICE. THAT’S “WE WANT YOUR FUTURE BUSINESS”we will continue to drive 27 miles, one way, to deal with WIlsonville Toyota, and Lawrence, our new Favorite Salesman. 😊. More

We recently purchased a 2025 Highlander Hybrid from Wilsonville Toyota and had an amazing experience. We dreaded shopping for a new vehicle and dealing with high pressure sales. We contacted all of the metro area Toyota dealerships searching for this vehicle, which is super tough to find. We had the pleasure of working with Cody Phipps. From our initial contact through delivery of the car, Cody was low key, professional, and competent. We were very picky in what we wanted and he worked very hard, including during his time off, to locate the vehicle we wanted. No one else offered that level of customer service. Cody made us feel more than just a sales statistic and that he genuinely wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and experience. Visited Wilsonville Toyota to buy a smaller SUV. Met JSP and he guided us through the complete process. He focused on what we wanted and showed us a number of options based on our feedback. We drove a couple of cars that were ok but not quite the right fit. We used up the time we had allotted for the day and came back the next day. JSP had two options for us to discuss, we chose and bought a RAV4 that was in Tacoma. JSP handled the whole transaction even driving to Tacoma to pickup the RAV4 for us to take home the next day. We were happy with the process as it was based on our feedback not pressure from a salesman that only wanted to sell what was on his lot. More

I was in search for a used vehicle, and decided to check out Wilsonville Toyota. I was introduced to Harris Picoult and he guided me thru various vehicles, and showing me a Subaru Outback.
