The color I wanted was not in their inventory so they got it for me in reasonable period and after they got it I had a choice to buy or not and had a good test drive of the car I wanted. We'd orginally went to the dealership to look at a used vehicle on their lot, but they made deal on the price of the car and the trade-in allowance.
