The dealership side of the experience was amazing! Ricky went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle! The vehicle wasn't what we initially wanted or needed but due to the bank side and payment Ricky went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle! The vehicle wasn't what we initially wanted or needed but due to the bank side and payment which isn't on the dealership we ended up in a vehicle we love at an affordable payment. Everyone in the dealership that we interacted with was amazing and didn't treat us poorly, unlike most dealerships once they find out your credit isn't perfect, they start to treat you like you are beneath them. Ricky and even the finance guy (forgive me I'm bad with names) were amazing! Will always recommend Wilson auto family and will be back in the future to buy again! What ever you are paying Ricky it isn't enough! More

Worst, most deceptive dealership ever. They advertise cars that aren’t available or even mechanically sound just to get you in the door. They told me on the phone that a car was ready, in They advertise cars that aren’t available or even mechanically sound just to get you in the door. They told me on the phone that a car was ready, in perfect condition and mechanically sound. I expressed to them I was driving a very long distance and I was ready to buy and paying cash. They again assured me the car was ready. When I arrived they then told me the car was in such horrible condition I couldn’t even view it and that it didn’t even start. They had no explanation for the lies but then they conveniently tried to sell me a car that was way way over my budget. Does such deceptive sales tactics actually work on people?? I hope everyone reads this review before they waste their time going here. I had my daughter with me and we wasted our day driving there all to just be lied too. More
