I called today looking to buy new Cadillac Sales person that picked up the phone was Joey. He said that he has 2025 Escalade available and selling price is MSRP. I agreed to the price. Later he told me tha that picked up the phone was Joey. He said that he has 2025 Escalade available and selling price is MSRP. I agreed to the price. Later he told me that I have to finance it and I told him I want to buy car cash. He said in order to qualify for price without market adjustment, which was $5,000, I need to finance; otherwise, the selling price will be $5,000 more. I told him I can not do it because of high interests and due to may real estate business. He said in text message that owner of the store does not allow to sell for cash if customer pays MSRP. That is ridiculous. Avoid this place at all cost. They will find the way to scam few thousand dollars out you once you start purchasing the car. They will in the end most likely say they need to install extra equipment that you don't need ( Joey told me that in text message as well ). Avoid avoid avoid this place. More

Received the news today that they can’t sell it to me unless I pay over MSRP or finance the full thing so they can make extra money on it because they are loose on the 24s they have in stock! But I’m sure they made PLENTY on the 21-24s in Covid! I would stay far away from this Greedy dealership! Just ruined my wife’s Xmas Gift she was super excited to get! The dealership side of the experience was amazing! Ricky went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle! The vehicle wasn't what we initially wanted or needed but due to the bank side and payment Ricky went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle! Everyone in the dealership that we interacted with was amazing and didn't treat us poorly, unlike most dealerships once they find out your credit isn't perfect, they start to treat you like you are beneath them.
