They provided the CARFAX and Kia dealer 160 pt. inspection/recondition report and allowed the car to be taken for a 3rd. party inspection. In addition, a couple of items (2nd key fob and reinstallation of a fog light bumper cap) were promptly addressed. Because my daughter is out of state, the bus. mgr.
