Very dishonest. Very disappointing experience. Worked with them for several days. Came to a price and then the car was no longer available. Was told try were going to Very disappointing experience. Said it was on its way from the Berwyn location they also own. Went to Berwyn and was told they've had the car for weeks. Caught in several lies. Got a similar deal in Naperville. Don't waste your time with them! Will probably be going to the BBB with this. More

Lack of concermn I recently stopped in to your service area to have the oil changed on my 2017 Kia Sorento. Since the current mechanics strike was in full swing, I wa I recently stopped in to your service area to have the oil changed on my 2017 Kia Sorento. Since the current mechanics strike was in full swing, I was informed that I would have to wait at least 2 hours to have my oil changed. I own a Kia product and people with other makes were getting preference over me. Another part of the problem is that yo do not take appointments for an oil change. I wish I had the luxury of being able to sit in your waiting room for over 2 hours to have the oil changed. I love my Kia car but Im extremely disappointed in your service. I had to take my vehicle to another place to have the oil changed. I would rather have a certified Kia dealership work on my vehicle but I can't afford 2 hours of down time. More

Ken Moy for an easy and straight forward purchase at a very good price. They provided the CARFAX and Kia dealer 160 pt. inspection/recondition report and allowed the car to be taken for a 3rd. party inspection. In addition, a couple of items (2nd key fob and reinstallation of a fog light bumper cap) were promptly addressed. Because my daughter is out of state, the bus. mgr. Monika Z. overnighted the paperwork to help make the purchase smooth and efficient. I/we appreciated the communication and followup.
