Very disappointed with this dealership. Bought a brand new car, told first two oil changes are free. Totally lied. 1st one was free, had the oil changed today, the second complimentary serv Bought a brand new car, told first two oil changes are free. Totally lied. 1st one was free, had the oil changed today, the second complimentary service, charged $130 for an oil change. Argued with me about I don't get 2 free oil changes, when yet I showed proof from their website saying, that the first two service visits which include oil change, vehicle inspection and tire rotation is free!!! They didn't care. Never going back to them again!!! I would not recommend this dealer. Dishonest and does not honer what's in writing. More

Several weeks ago, I contacted WIllowbrook Kia as the had one of the only RWD Kia EV-6 GT-Line vehicles within my region. I let Anthony (my issued salesperson) know that I was ready to proceed to take delive one of the only RWD Kia EV-6 GT-Line vehicles within my region. I let Anthony (my issued salesperson) know that I was ready to proceed to take delivery of the vehicle immediately sight unseen. Living about 200 miles away, I informed Anthony that I would need to fly into ORD as it would simplify things. Soon after this, Anthony responds that the vehicle has both hail damage and severe scratches and would need to be sent to the body shop for repair. I let him know that I still wanted to proceed, but I have been totally ghosted by him with any updates. I have reached out many times to both him and the dealership and it has been crickets. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! More

They lost a good customer , never again will I deal with them for my next car More
