Excellent service by Mike McKesson and Williamson mechanics. Mike has been with Williamson for years and is very knowledgeable on Cadillacs. I brought in my 1995 Fleetwood Cadillac and he knew the car and what i Mike has been with Williamson for years and is very knowledgeable on Cadillacs. I brought in my 1995 Fleetwood Cadillac and he knew the car and what it needed. I had a problem with a power window. Parts are getting more difficult to find but he told me where to look which saved me a lot of money. They fixed the window and performed additional service I needed. Mike is a great service advisor. Kept to long. It took way to long to get my car back. I was not given any status on my car unless I called in and then the status was always vague. Excellent service and nice facility. Came in for an oil change. Was treated very well. Everything inside was nice. Car was washed and tires rotated also.
