Horrible I have taken my Cadillac Escalade 2017 on many times for service and they have not fixed the problem. This car came with a transmisssion issue. Ed is always around to personally welcome you. They even offer beverages and Danish should you have to wait. The Cadillac is a very special car. Battery I had a problem with my battery. I thought I had made an appointment (app may be suspect) however when I arrived no appointment was in the system. Reg I had a problem with my battery. I thought I had made an appointment (app may be suspect) however when I arrived no appointment was in the system. Regardless I was directed to Ms Carmen Alicea. I have to hand it to her, she is new and I believe heading up the quick response team, so she was under a lot of pressure, and she really did pull through and got me taken care of. A lot of other people just standing around but she was like the field general taking care of business. Ms Alicea is a profesional that gets results! True asset to the Williamson team. I arrived around 9:25 without an appointment on a Monday and left before 2pm. BTW- my truck is running perfectly!! Thank you Williamson! Best GMC Service team in Miami!!
