Pretty good experience I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was wo I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was working just right but the signs were fading making it too difficult to see, and the other was looking good, like never used and working ok except it was not opening the lift gate) The works took three days for what I got a loaner car, I finally picked my car and try the windshield washer, it was working fine, but didn’t try both keys, the cover was replaced in the one that needed it but still one of them is not opening the lift gate, I contacted the service department and will be going again for a second review in that key. It is not big deal but I would like to have it in full function. More

Excellent service by Mike McKesson and Williamson mechanics. Mike has been with Williamson for years and is very knowledgeable on Cadillacs. I brought in my 1995 Fleetwood Cadillac and he knew the car and what i Mike has been with Williamson for years and is very knowledgeable on Cadillacs. I brought in my 1995 Fleetwood Cadillac and he knew the car and what it needed. I had a problem with a power window. Parts are getting more difficult to find but he told me where to look which saved me a lot of money. They fixed the window and performed additional service I needed. Mike is a great service advisor. I was there way too long! The recall fix was supposed to last 30-45” but I was there over 2 hours. I was supposed to be notified when the job was done and that did not happen!
