Almost impossible to get a rental, that should be advised prior to service. Rental cars are old and dirty, disgusting. Many managers standing around by incapable of helping service guys. Kept my car for 2 weeks even though I had an appointment. Went to pick up the car because my agent said it was ready and they said they lost my car. After 2 hours, they finally found the car in the mechanics Went to pick up the car because my agent said it was ready and they said they lost my car. After 2 hours, they finally found the car in the mechanics bay, still not put back together. Was there for 2.5 hours to pick up car only to be told I will have to bring back when a part comes in. I know there are delays but when you tell the customer your car is ready and it’s not. That’s all on you guys. More
