I visited this dealership for the first time on 7-14-22. My car needed a new battery, 2 rear brakes, and new rotors. After explaining to my advisor, Mr. John, that l was a teacher for MDCPS who has had 3 su My car needed a new battery, 2 rear brakes, and new rotors. After explaining to my advisor, Mr. John, that l was a teacher for MDCPS who has had 3 surgeries in the last 9 months and had not worked since, he was able to get me a 10% discount which really helped me out a lot. Due to his compassion, l will definitely be a returning customer. And l will recommend others to this dealership due to the grace that l received. For 2023, l plan to get a new infinity X60. I'm currently driving a GMC terrain. I just might come in for an upgrade instead because my experience with my Terrain has been awesome! The in and out process was also amazing.
