I scheduled my appointment for my 2022 Sierra check engine light flashing. They immediately gave me a loaner and thoroughly went thru my complete vehicle to diagnose and fix my issue even with the chec engine light flashing. I have taken my car for 2 separate issues 2 times each. The first time the alignment was “fixed”. The car was exactly the same when i picked it up. Went back then it was really fixed. This was a 2 week pro The first time the alignment was “fixed”. The car was exactly the same when i picked it up. Went back then it was really fixed. This was a 2 week process. The car was less than a month old. Now i took it for a check engine light. It was “fixed”. 2 days later the light turns on again and it gave the same service code. Lets see if it is actually fixed this time. I have not picked it up yet. The car is now 4 months old. I feel that your department does not actually fix anything, they put a bandaid over the problem and hope for the best. More
