I took my 2022 Gmc Sierra pickup to Williamson Cadillac for the 1st service due which was for a oil change and tire rotation and also had received a notice from Gmc that the missing chips for heated & cool seats had came in and also it stated they would add the Def Fluid if needed. The service department had my vehicle in service for 8 days,without giving me a loaner.After i pickup the vehilcle there was no Def fluid added and the chips needed to installed never came in. After driving home they had disprogramed all my working features as the front view camera and the automatic long beams. Now i have to go back and take them my vehicle waste of my time and money and be without my truck which i use for work as well.
