I was there because apparently when they did my oil change they left the filter loose , because my truck was leaking oil with only 7000 miles on it. So if. I pay premium price for an old change i really shouldn’t have this problem . So I have to re-evaluate the benefits of taking my truck back for service at a premium price but sub standard quality. How would you feel if, This happened to you ? My service agent was helpful when i took it in, but I’m very concerned about the value you add, thank god I did not take a long road trip with a bad or loose filter. More
