Disappointed in the purchase experience. Paperwork said car was paid via loan, but we paid cash. They finally changed it the next day, after i had a huge fight with my husband about it, stressed over it, and i started looking into whether my credit rating showed a big car loan. Then the car was supposedly detailed (for a whole day at the dealership), and it had to be rewashed inside and out. The car stunk like coconut air freshener, so we had to drive with the windows down for 2 days. More

Service was horrible, my elderly mother was treated like a non customer who never faithfully bring her car for service but she has always been committed to the maintenance program. Her car sat at your shop for weeks with no communication or effort yo resolve her issues. The sevice advisor was uncaring and nonchalant in resolving my elderly mother issues. Unfortunately Williamson Cadillac does not stand behind the name we thought they represent and I would not recommend anyone for service unless their is a effort to hold the service advisors accountable to their customers, especially those customers who are faithful and committed to the upkeep of their vehicle. More
