Alfonso Robleto was my service advisor on this visit and he is an impecable employee. When i arrived he walked with me to my vehicle so that he could better understand what issue my vehicle was having. I ha he is an impecable employee. When i arrived he walked with me to my vehicle so that he could better understand what issue my vehicle was having. I have brought the truck in before to have this fixed and it wasn't. This time Alfonso made sure I didn't have this problem again. He kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle and it was fixed in a timely manner. When the service was completed Alfonso walked out to the vehicle with to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. He did this during his lunch break. He was extremely helpful. More
