Nothing is to my satisfaction, but that doesn't seem to matter. They are dishonest about sludge to not take responsibility for whatever they did to my car last year because they saw my oil light that just matter. They also stated that they fixed the issue with the radio. They did not. Are they going to blame that on an oil as well? No one at the dealership or at GM cares that you all advised that I pick up a car Rolando at dealership knowingly shared "the brakes will go out again." No consideration given for my safety or anyone else on the road. Again, EVERY SINGLE THING I HAVE TRIED TO HAVE THE DEALERSHIP FIX HAD TO BE TAKEN BACK NUMEROUS TO STILL NOT BE FIXED. My brakes went out twice and received a P0017 code FIVE times in 13 months. The GM oil pump issue is well-documented online for GM cars and practically all were recalled except the Terrain, even though it's the same issue as their luxury SUVs are experiencing. Radio replaced 2022, still never worked right. Rolando said it was a simple update and they took care of it now. Radio is still not working properly. No evidence of sludge. All of this so the dealership and GM could find any excuse to try their best to wipe their hands of their product and lack of workmanship. I have documentation of all oil changes and no evidence of sludge. Avoid for your safety and pocket. They do not care about either. More
