Service Consultant Julio Lopez was very efficient. The only inconvenience was the person that scheduled the appointment told me it would take 1hr and when I arrived I was told it would take 2-3hrs. It was nice of Julio to offer transportation to bring me home and pick me up again because the service waiting area is not comfortable to wait that long and it also needs remodeling. More
