Royal treatment! It took 15 minutes to evaluate the problem in my car, signed papers and pick up loaner. Back to work in no time. Received call a day later....problem resolved! Service advisor are very “ impersonal” . At times they do not understand people’s needs at all. I feel they do not pay attention to customer issues.
