Michael Fletcher took our insurance appraisal, explained everything that needed to be done and answered all our questions. He was very up front about the time frame for completion and what we could expect. He stayed in touch with us throughout the repair process and called us the day before pick up to tell us he was not pleased with the paint job and would like to keep the car another day to make sure the repairs and paint job met not only our expectations, but his, as well. When we picked up the car he apologized several times for the car not being presentable (car wash) to his satisfaction. He immediately took care of this issue and we are extremely pleased with the repair work that was done. We can't tell it has ever been hit. We give 5 big stars to Michael and his team. :) Thank you for making this inconvenience so manageable. More

Crystal was a pleasure to work with and even worked in a few m I brought my WRX in for a repair after damaging my passenger window and passenger door. Crystal was a pleasure to work with and even worked in a few minor repairs (removing a dent and dealing with a panel that had oxidation) for me as part of the overall repair list. I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with from the office employee to the car technician. Price was in line with what I was expected so no surprises. Also liked the text updates on the status of the car as well as being offered a loaner vehicle. Will definitely be back if I ever have the need again!!! More
Body Shop I was disappointed about the handling of my vehicle. There were some scuff marks on the same side as the accident that was not initially removed. There were also dirty parts left in the back seat of my vehicle. I had to ask to have them removed as well. The parts and the materials used to fix my vehicle left it dirty on the inside. The outside of the vehicle did not look like it was cleaned either. I thought the outside of my vehicle would be cleaned so that it looks as good as possible given they didn't re-paint the whole vehicle. Mike took care of the two things I asked to have removed, but I had to have my car cleaned after I left. More

She's been encouraging and offered tough realities, but with kindness. Even though I may not be able to afford a Subaru 😔, Katrina continues to look for a car for me, and she offers support and encouragement foe my up coming move and new job as if she has been a long time a friend. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time!!! This experience has been an absolute PLEASURE!! I dropped the car off on Monday and I received an almost brand new loaner car to drive. The people in the body shop I spoke with were amazing and the whole process was flawless and painless! Marie and Mike were both professional and friendly. Mike went over all the repairs with me and thanked me for my business. Wow! It took them only until Friday to finish my vehicle. I will use them every time from now on and I will tell everyone about this experience. Also, the car looks great! Thank you so much! This dealership is a class act!! More

This was my first accident so I had no idea where to start or who to go to for repairs. The car is leased so I was feeling overwhelmed trying to figure everything out. I brought my car to Williams Folger on a recommendation and I’m so glad I did! They were extremely friendly, prompt and helpful and explained everything to me even though I had a lot of silly questions. The turn time for repair was surprisingly fast compared to what I expected. In fact, they ended up beating their originally quoted time! One of my favorite parts of the transaction was the ability to get updates via text. They sent frequent, concise updates which put me at ease and kept me in the loop. Some additional feedback on the excellent customer service I received from Crystal and Marie. They showed me all my paperwork and walked me through everything. Even though the other drivers insurance was footing the bill, they still took time and explained what the codes meant so that I would have a full understanding of what repairs they did. I thought it was a nice touch that they took time to make sure I understood the report without me having to ask. They gave me a paper copy and assisted in my request to be emailed an electronic copy ( which I needed for my lease records). I will definitely go back to them if I need any future work done. More

Stellar customer service! Our car was rear-ended on the interstate and needed a new bumper and other related repairs, covered by the insurance policy of the person who hit us. Our car was rear-ended on the interstate and needed a new bumper and other related repairs, covered by the insurance policy of the person who hit us. The entire process was sooo easy and pleasant, thanks to Mike, who took care of everything, including all of the insurance processing. Best of all, the car looks great! We will definitely return to the Collision Center next time we need this type of work! More
