Excellent customer service from beginning to delivery We were shopping for a used camper at dealerships and on Craigslist. We stopped Wilkins and were interviewed and taken to see some units. The proce We were shopping for a used camper at dealerships and on Craigslist. We stopped Wilkins and were interviewed and taken to see some units. The process was relaxed and informative and without any pressure. We made a second trip to this dealership for more fact finding and with lots of questions. Here again the process was relaxed and without pressure. We ended up ordering a model that the dealership did not have in their inventory and traded our older and smaller camper in. We were comfortable with the deal. Since we were leaving for Florida within a week (snowbirds) most of the legal paperwork was done by email and USPSmail. Everything went perfectly. Upon our return home we arranged to pick up our new camper and were given our orientation on the new trailer by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. A couple of minor issues were taken care of and we headed home. We would highly recommend Wilkins. More

Outstanding My wife and I have been looking to buy a motor home for some time. As soon as I talked to Tracy and he knew what we wanted he worked with us and found My wife and I have been looking to buy a motor home for some time. As soon as I talked to Tracy and he knew what we wanted he worked with us and found us the perfect RV. He also worked with us on the deal and we couldn't be more happy. We drove 389 miles each way to get the RV and it was well worth it. We have dealt with other RV Centers in KS, PA and another one in NY and let me tell you. Wilkins is by far the best in everything. We are looking forward to many years in our Motor home, but if we ever need another one, I know where I'm going. Thank you guys for all your help. More

Tim in service stayed a few hours after close on a Saturday just to make sure I didn't have to drive all the way back just to get a concern fixed. The service techs seemed more than happy to take the time to find and correct an electrical concern. The Sales and finance took the time to answer any questions and I never felt like I was being sold. They made me and my wife feel very welcome More
