Great salesman Mike Glair was our salesperson we were window shopping looking for a used A model. We told him the models we saw online and would like to look at. Sales, financing, service and parts personnel have been very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and considerate. I've never owned or operated a 5th wheel before. This is our first. We were shown about 6 different models of various lengths. After much deliberation, we settled on the 2015 37' Heartland Sundance. Incredible floor plan. We've had some minor issues with it, but are very pleased overall! You can't go wrong with Wilkins Rv. It's a large , modern facility that is being expanded upon as I am writing this review. A shout out to Lindsey Meys who was our Sales person,and Shannon Wolfanger who helped us out on financing, they both went out of their way to help us find and secure the trailer we wanted. I brought my trailer back a couple of weeks ago for winterization and some minor repairs, and Tim Henehan spent a considerable amount of time helping me out. You just can't beat the service you get here! More

There was no pressure to buy something else or to upscale into something bigger or what was on hand. The sales staff were extremely knowledgable on the products and could speak to the pros and cons of different options and models. We really appreciated that. The support staff have all been friendly and answered all our questions. More
