We walked over to their show room to look at some of the other campers and while looking around Rob stopped over to say hi as well. He was courteous and knowledgable. It is truly a family atmosphere and when we our ready for our next camper this will be the only place we go! More

Modern facilities and customer focused employees, with a purchase that was followed up with great service. This review is directed at Tim Henehan and the entire service crew. I had my coach in for service and everything was repaired OK except for one minor problem. I really didn't want to drive 40 miles just to have it fixed, so I called to see what we could work out. Here's what happened. At the end of the day, Tim stopped by my house on his way home and fixed the problem. He did this without me asking and on his own time. For those of you not familiar with the RV industry, this is NOT the norm at all. A side comment about Kayla and Nancy in parts. Always very helpful and friendly. It 's always a pleasure when you walk into a place and they recognize you! Bottom line: superb service after the sale. No complaints and smiling. I would recommend these folks to any prospective buyer. Well, one small complaint - they could have done a better job pricing that Class A I was looking at !! More

On delivery, have a SUPER process in place to get the customer aware of what the dealership is there to do for you and have great experience on the handover; Technician Chris gave us a detailed review of the in/outs of new unit, answered all questions we put to him, and escorted us on the test drive to insure all was good for us to drive away and enjoy. Our original visit we just weren't quite ready to purchase yet. Mike was more than understanding and didn't push at all. On our return a couple months later he was just as great. They worked with us and came within our budget and a deal was signed. I can't even explain the amount of wonderful customer service on pick up day. The detail of the walk thru with Clint was amazing. He was extremely patient and answered all our questions and concerns. The attention to detail was perfect. Kayla helped us with any accessories we needed and was understanding if we didn't think we needed something or wanted to think on it. Jean and Gary in the finance department had all the paperwork together and organized and made the transaction easy! Can't say enough positive about Wilkins.
