I made an appointment to bring my car in for ac not blowing cold on passenger side. The appointment was for 9 on Friday. I took my car in at 8 am. I got a call at 9 that my air needed an evacuation blowing cold on passenger side. The appointment was for 9 on Friday. I took my car in at 8 am. I got a call at 9 that my air needed an evacuation and recharge when they hadn't even touched my car. When I questioned why my car wasn't being looked at I was told they would try to get it in by late Saturday or maybe Tuesday because of the holiday.
