Ethics for profit The old style finance office at auto dealerships I would have assumed went the way of the Dodo bird, but found out they still exist. Quoting a paymen The old style finance office at auto dealerships I would have assumed went the way of the Dodo bird, but found out they still exist. Quoting a payment to a customer that included a "wrap-around" warranty for $1750.00 without disclosing that fact is very unprofessional and unethical. Even though the payment quoted was satisfactory, the lower payment sans the add-on would have been more acceptable. Very poorly done. Not the salespersons fault. More
