We actually told her about certain programs we wanted and she had not been trained on what was available. We also received an email asking us to come back to the dealership to sign proper documents since she did not use the correct ones. The price we agreed to on the trade in was not correct. It took almost an hour to get to see her.I did not appreciate listening to how she almost screwed up a sale for a different customer. As an experienced sales professional for over 35 years, Amy did not instill a level of confidence that should be there when a purchase of a $28,000 car is transacted. The whole process took 4 hours and when we arrived at 9:45 am, the front doors were locked. We still need to go back to the dealership so they can finish some of the add ons we still need. And the switches on the visors have some yellow "gunk" on them that can't be removed. Again, the initial sales part was fine. But in my opinion, the real sales process starts in the Finance department and I was not impressed. Finance makes your front line sales people real sales professionals or just another "used car salesman". By the way, this is the third car I have bought from this dealership and each time the process seems to be more complicated, time consuming and not very consumer oriented. As of 10/26, they still have not processed the purchase and the checks are still not cashed. More
