I had gone to several dealerships in my search, but none felt welcoming and the salesmen were not genuine. My mother and father had met David a year or so prior while they were just browsing and he made such an impression, they remembered him a year later when I needed to buy a new truck due to my accident. David was by far, the best car salesman my grandma, mother and I have ever dealt with. He’s kind, inviting, very trustworthy, and an honest gentleman. I was able to leave the lot that day with a truck I love, all thanks to him. I will gladly, and unquestionably, go back to him with any future business, as well as refer family and friends to him. He turned my nightmare experience, my horrible wreck and weeks of looking at other dealerships to dealing with dishonest salesman, into a dream come true, attaining my dream truck! Mixed Bag I would like to begin by being very clear that David McGuffin was a very helpful and kind salesman. My sister purchased a car from him in December wit I would like to begin by being very clear that David McGuffin was a very helpful and kind salesman. My sister purchased a car from him in December with no issues, which is why my family returned when it was time to purchase my car. Everything was wonderful and smooth until we went to financing. After stating a number of times that I had outside financing and intended to pay my tax, title, and license at the dealership, when we reached the end of our transaction, that was not included. At that time, Jason McKeever became very rude and condescending to my mother, repeatedly stating that we never said we were going to put anything down and that we would have to deal with my finance company. We spoke with the manager and David again, both of whom were very apologetic, which is why I continued my purchase despite Jason's attitude. It is unacceptable that the only person the dealership has on finance would be so rude and condescending. On another less forgiving day, you would have lost a sale due not to the actions of a salesperson, but on what should have been the easiest part of the entire encounter. And truthfully, you have most likely lost more future business. My father will be in need of a new vehicle soon and likely will not return. And I cannot in good conscience recommend the dealership to anyone while Jason is in financing. I would never subject a friend to his attitude. I'm disappointed that what began as a lovely appointment ended in near disaster. You must be more vigilant with who interacts with your clientele. It does hurt your business. More
