Not giving me the facts and changing no transparency I . Have bought cars and was treated nice and explained everything before this time was the worst experience I ever had should have walk out and gone I . Have bought cars and was treated nice and explained everything before this time was the worst experience I ever had should have walk out and gone to Lufkin to buy it. thought I bought a car by phone after shopping by phone I paid $500 before I went in. Then they change what they offered me for trade by $2,000 I went in to pay cash for the car. Then they told me if instead I took some special loan they would give me enough rebates to make up the difference they kept me there for 10 hours killing time I have very good credit I thought was zero financing then they give me a loan that looks like a lease with a balloon payment without telling me. I was so tired I took the car had been there 10 hours I did not want to finance a car Never been treated this way in a dealership before been buying cars for 50 years. No comparison of loans that I did not even want or need not even when my first payment is due never had a contract that did not have that information. The salesman acted very nice but did not explained any money finance details and the poor finance guy learned how upset I was I did not even want finance or needed it More

Purchase good but no follow-up I brought in a car quote from a buying service so my purchase went well. I had trouble getting them to respond to receipt of the final loan papers bo I brought in a car quote from a buying service so my purchase went well. I had trouble getting them to respond to receipt of the final loan papers both mailed and emailed, so finally dropped off a set (I live in Friendswood!). I have tried to find out the status of my license plates which expired on 9/17. No response to phone calls, email or 3 chats. I can't imagine why it is difficult to send me a status. I would not recommend them based on the amount of time I have spent after the sale. PS. They told me the car did not have a warranty but when I registered it on Ford, it does. How difficult would that have been to check? More

I would’ve never thought to have such low monthly payments where I actually may have some extra spending money each month but josh made it happen for me and I am SO blessed to be able to breathe again and not worry about struggling. He made letting my pretty 4WD truck go, easy. Bc my brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport is not only affordable but it is my dream car with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Not to mention it’s SUPER fast which is always fun ?? More
