I recently purchased my second Tucson from Weisner Hyundai Conroe, TX. Due to some recent information I have been made aware of; I am LIVID to say the very least. Upset enough that not only will I NEVER buy from this dealership again, this may have changed my perspective on a Hyundai altogether. I realize I am but one person and my declaration will not affect the bottom line of Hyundai, at all! However, I will make my experience known on a review website that I can because I am just that upset. Ok. Rant paused and here’s my issue. My favorite color is red. My last five vehicles have been red (including the Tucson I traded) and I wanted red again. I was told by the dealership that red was not an option for 2024 and that the color I ended up purchasing was the color that replaced red. Imagine my shock when I saw a recent Hyundai televised commercial featuring; yep you guessed it; a RED 2024 TUCSON LTD. I was so stunned!!!!! This may sound as though I am being an entitled “Karen”. This issue is that I HAVE NO TOLERANCE FOR A BLATANT LIAR!!! I feel as though I was professionally coaxed and strong armed into the vehicle I did purchase. I would suspect their goal was to sell what they did have access to and never even looked for the availability of red. What I fail to understand is why the lie?!?!?! My guess would be that the sell would have been lost. More

I bought a 2024 Hyundai Tuscon right off the lot. The car was manufactured faulty. I attempted to make service appointments and was told I’d have to wait a week. Keep in mind I have small children and I also work overnights as an ER nurse. I drove to the dealership that day and asked them to please just take a few minutes to assess the vehicle. A faulty seal in the windshield led to water damage down the firewall. Time will tell the extent of the damage. The dealership refuses to assist in trading the car back in for a reasonable price. Now I am stuck with a brand new car that although Hyundai says they will repair, the car can short circuit or electronics fail at any point. The integrity and customer service is trash. I was also put into a rental not the same size as my vehicle and it reeks of cigarettes. More
Went to Wiesner because I wanted a White Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy. They told me they would have one in on Monday, May 15. I paid cash on May 12th, It didn't come in on the 15th. Called every day and they Caligraphy. They told me they would have one in on Monday, May 15. I paid cash on May 12th, It didn't come in on the 15th. Called every day and they assured me it would be in on Sunday, May 21st and I could pick up on Monday, May 22. I kept calling on Monday morning and no one answered. Finally Christian, one of the sales people told me it still wasn't in. Sick of waiting on a car that I paid cash for. I'll never use this dealership again. They seem to have more excuses that Carter has liver pills. Wish I would have read the reviews on this dealership before I went out there. Their service department probably won't be any better. More
Do not finance through this dealership. I bought a car from them last fall, and had no issues with their finance team until my car was totaled 5 months after the purchase. It has now been 3 I bought a car from them last fall, and had no issues with their finance team until my car was totaled 5 months after the purchase. It has now been 3 months since the car was totaled and paid off by my insurance/gap insurance policies. But their finance team has not closed out the account and is still attempting to take payments from my bank account. I have spoken with them once a week in an attempt to close the paid off account out. They also kept the refunded policy at the dealership without ever informing me they received them for 5 months now. More

Test drove and was ready to purchase until this dealer wanted $7-8k over MSRP of $49k. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They may call this market value.
