Great staff I had a great experience purchasing a new car for my daughter and purchasing a car for me too, Frank Galan was very helpful at all the time, Us we wal I had a great experience purchasing a new car for my daughter and purchasing a car for me too, Frank Galan was very helpful at all the time, Us we walk in Frank Galan greet us with a smile he is was very professional, and answers us any questions that we had and help us to get that car we needed with his advice. awesome before going to hyundai i tried at cadillac and nissan, i understand where low credit can get you, but hyundai was amazing at working with me and i de before going to hyundai i tried at cadillac and nissan, i understand where low credit can get you, but hyundai was amazing at working with me and i definitely got more than was i was looking for. and the staff member was so honest with me about my credit and gave me tips unlike cadillac and nissan who ran my credit at least twice and never gave me my credit score not to mention i had to call nissan back just to get an answer and still didnt recieve a call back. hyundai was an easy A. it was awesome and im really glad i went there. im very greatful More

Excellent Experience WIESNER HYUNDAI was a refreshing experience. The salePerson Frank was amazing, He did not pressure me on any way and after sharing what i was looking WIESNER HYUNDAI was a refreshing experience. The salePerson Frank was amazing, He did not pressure me on any way and after sharing what i was looking for, he told me upfront what he could do for me (price wise) and he sticked to his word when i decided to buy the car a few days later.. Comparing to other hyundai dealers south of here , who lied to me on what they would sell to me for, made me waist time, miles and money and come back many times to finaly made me laught when they could not sell for what they advertise on line and to your face.... So WIESNER HYUNDAI, you have my 5 stars Rating. i visited once, you told me what price you could do, and you honored it to the dollars... and best of all you were the best price in town. The easiest buying experience i have ever had through all the cars i have bought so far.. More

I took my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe for its first (complimentary) oil change on 2-3-2014. I had an appointment for the service, but was told that it probably would be an hour and a half wait for comp (complimentary) oil change on 2-3-2014. I had an appointment for the service, but was told that it probably would be an hour and a half wait for completion. I surrendered my auto lock key to the service personnel, and waited in the waiting area. First, I was told my one of the service people that I had a chip in my windshield that I had never seen. Then, we had to contact my insurance company for service to fix that. Then, we were informed that my key had been locked in my vehicle. I was asked to talk to Bluelink to have it opened. First, I was told that I was not the person named on the service and they could not assist me. I was told to have my husband speak to them. After he spoke to them to give them approval, we were told that we did not have the essentials package on the complimentary service, and it did not include the option to open the doors remotely. I also was told that I would need to give them a credit card number and allow a $99.00 charge to have my door opened. So, I was stuck!!!!! They charged my card and opened the door. In spite of my anger, and the assurance that the dealership would make it right, my free oil change cost me $99.00 and three hours of aggravation!!!! It is absolutely rediculous that the maintenance personnel would not know that if they left the key in the car unattended that the doors would lock....an even more absurd that it should cost me to have them opened. I am truly disappointed in the whole process. This dealership is where I purchased my vehicle, and yet even though I am the owner of record, the tags are in my name, and I drive it...I cannot use the Bluetooth and that I should pay for their mistake!!!! More
