I have used this dealership 3 times. I have had professional, courteous experiences each time. The past 2 times my salesperson was John Willis. Mr. Wiesner and his team have the whole package. Price, amazing service, quality selection, and integrity. Third hand I knew the Wiesner name and heard of the good customer service. That said, I had never done business with their team directly. I live a good distance from the Wiesner lot. There are several Hyundai locations closer to where I work and live. I visted them all. I phoned them all and communicated with each of them all via instant text and email too. I won't taint this recommendation with the negative experiences I had with other locations. I will summarize by saying: The difference between the other lots, their personnel, their communication and integrity compared with Mr. Wiesner's team is like the difference between throwing a bullet and shooting one. There is no comparison. From the first phone call to the receptionist to the closing of the car purchase the whole experience was truly superb. I was handheld from stem to stern with great care by Terry and Mike. I almost felt like I was their only client (I know that's not true but that is the way I felt) . I have to be honest here. In the beginning, I thought it was almost too good to be true. Gun shy if you will. My past experiences with others fueled my skepticism. I kept waiting for something to change, a number here or there, calls going unreturned, something that just didn’t flit. That was not the case. Every text (to personal cells I might add) every email, every call was returned quickly with detailed answers to my numerous questions. I beat Terry up pretty good. Emails, texts, phone calls, etc. I even called Terry's personal cell phone at 10:00 PM on a Friday night. I knew by then he plugged my number in his phone. I expected it to go to voice mail at that hour especially on a Friday. Good evening Eric was the answer. What can I do for you? I will fast forward to the day of purchase. My car would not be delivered to their lot for a couple days. I didn’t care. I was excited about the purchase price and it was confident in the whole plan. I was going to rent a car (sold mine already) and wait it out until delivery day. Terry must have picked up on that somewhere in our numerous chats. So, what does he do? He asks a teammate (Mike) to drive all the way to my office with a new loaner for me to drive until my new car gets on their lot. Let me summarize... I received an incredible price on the new car, amazing service, and AFTER the purchase is closed, within 2 hours of the agreement they have a new loaner in my office parking lot for me to drive. There was no reason to do that. They had their sale. it was done. I was perfectly pleased and happy. This is one small example of the people in the business at Wiesner. Think about it. To have closed a sale and be done with it, only to then have two of their employees deliver me a temporary vehicle? yes two employees...this way I would not have to drive them all the way back to their lot like the Enterprise "we'll pick you up campaign". While here, Mike went over every single detail again with me. No rush, no hurry, he took the time to address my needs. He wasn’t here to just drop of a loaner. He was here to take care of me. at one point during our talk I “caught him”, for lack of a better phrase, bragging on Mr. Wiesner and the team. It was natural talk. Not sales talk. The man was speaking factually with a ton of pride on his product line and leadership team. How often do you see or feel that these days in business. My employees were floored. Fellow shoppers, save yourself from yourself. Take your business here. The price is perfect, the service is amazing. You ask for either Mike or Terry. Trust me. You’re done, sit back and know with confidence you are in great hands. Amazing prices, intelligent, service minded industry leaders. What else can I say then I will not even bother looking anywhere else in the future. I know for sure customer service is not just words on a banner on their wall or web site. WE PURCHASED A HYUNDAI SONATA FOR OUR DAUGHTER ON APRIL 9TH. WE DID NOT GET A BOTTLE OF "TOUCH UP" PAINT WITH THE PURCHASE. I CALLED THE WEISNER DEALERSHIP, AND THEY SAID THERE WAS ONE IN STOCK AT PARTS C 9TH. WE DID NOT GET A BOTTLE OF "TOUCH UP" PAINT WITH THE PURCHASE. I CALLED THE WEISNER DEALERSHIP, AND THEY SAID THERE WAS ONE IN STOCK AT PARTS COUNTER. SO WE DROVE TO CONROE, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE BOTTLE OF TOUCH UP PAINT WAS NOT ON THE SHELF. JOE URENA IN PARTS WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, HE TOOK DOWN ALL OF MY INFORMATION, AND ORDERED THE PAINT FOR ME. HE THEN MAILED IT TO MY HOME TO SAVE ME ANOTHER TRIP TO CONROE. JOE IS AWESOME & SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR GOING "ABOVE AND BEYOND" THIS CUSTOMER'S EXPECTATION. THANK YOU. More
