My husband and I came prepared to be pressured because that was our experience at other dealerships. However, Susan was totally cool while we comparison-shopped at Mazda. When we came back to her for the Sonata, she made sure that every stage of the purchase was done efficiently and completely. She spent a lot of time with us after the car was purchased to make sure that we knew all the things we needed to about our model, and encouraged us to call with any questions that popped up later. We were so pleased with the experience that we sent our daughter to her a week later. She, too, was impressed with Susan's professionalism and friendliness. P.S. And we love our new Sonata, too! More
Milan was absolutely the BEST! I was soooo disappointed to learn he recently resigned. Firstly, I had no intention of buying a new car; we were just looking. I had many questions and requests, and he was able to address and deliver on all. Milan, our Salesman, and Tim the Sales Manager, were terrific in negotiating a fair price on both the new car and the trade-in, with both, my brother and mother, on my behalf. To deal with 3 New Yorkers with the diplomacy, kindness, and again, I stress... incredible patience-until late in the evening (when Milan was anxious to get home to his wife and small child) the night we purchased the Awesome Sonata Turbo, and then to invite me back a couple of nights later, and take approx. 2 hrs. teaching me how to operate all the features, and then to assure me, he/Milan, would like me to call him, ANYTIME, I have a question or concern...deserves more than any Salesman could possibly earn in commission. Sorry for the Run-On Sentence, but as you can tell, we were extremely appreciative of the efforts of Milan, Tim, Amy (Very nice/informative young woman in Financing)and today Tom in Parts (re: ordering another key). Tim was very reassuring to me regarding Milan no longer being there, that if I needed anything, he would be happy to assist. Another Weisner Salesman, from across the street, also deserves recognition, sorry his name escapes me, but he said he will be transferring to the Used Cars Bldg, is from Massachusettes (a fellow Yankee to make me feel at home) and was helpful enough to attach my new plates. All in all it has, to this point, been a wonderful experience. I pray the remainder of time I have My Beautiful New Silver Sonata, I recieve as warm, courteous, personal attention and service. I feel confident, Weisner Conroe will continue to exceed my expectations! Thanks to ya'll (Is that how you Texans spell it?-LOL). P.S. Only thing missing is the NY Bagels and Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies, I got each time I went to my NY Saturn Dealer....Of course I was recently reminded they are now out of business. Well, I believe Weisner Conroe can provide me with Quality Customer Service without Bagels And.... as we say back East. Thanks you Guys! More
Matt was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to pick out the right car for us, and helped with our tradein. This is the second car we have bought thru this dealership. I felt like they were honest when we went to the financing department, both times. Before we left with our new car, Matt showed us how everything in the car worked. He was very patient with us as we asked all of our questions. If he didn't know something we asked about, he found out by asking someone who would know. I would highly reccommend this dealership to someone. More

I went here just expecting to test drive one of the many models I had in mind to buy. But it was the friendliness of our associate as well as the selection and wealth of information he provided us with, tha models I had in mind to buy.
