The mechanics are good, but the rest of the service department is terrible. I called to check on my car and got an answering machine, then I called back and asked the operator to get me service, after department is terrible. I called to check on my car and got an answering machine, then I called back and asked the operator to get me service, after about 20 rings I guy answered and was extremely rude, said he’d have someone check on my car and call me back, but never did. I waited another hour called back, but no one could tell me about my car. The person I talked to said they would leave a message with someone and they’d call me back. An hour or so later I got a call it was done. A few days later I got a call asking how my experience was and not to do this survey until I talked to them. Called yesterday was told they have the manager call me either yesterday or today at the latest, it’s 7:15 the next day and nothing, which tells me they really don’t care about their customers! I like taking my car there because it’s local, but if is the way they do business, considering taking my vehicle elsewhere. Am planning on buying a new car in the near future, but may look else where now! More
