Service department is very courteous and helpful. They did a great job on servicing and fixing my air conditioner problem is the time I was told and part of it was covered by a recall. I love Hondas, I have owned maybe 6 or 7 of them over the years. I still own 3 of them. I worked for honda for almost 20 years. However , I am not very happy/ satisfied with them at this time. W the years. I still own 3 of them. I worked for honda for almost 20 years. However , I am not very happy/ satisfied with them at this time. Working for them for those years , I was supposed to get a honda employee discount. I went there about 3 months ago with the sincere intention to buy a new CRV or HRV. I wasn't sure which one I was going to buy but I was going to buy or lease one of them. The sales person I spoke with said that because of the covid a few years back, honda was no longer offering that employee discount. Quite upset with what he told me , I went to the Nissan dealer in Lima and bought a brand new Nissan rogue. Then three weeks later I met a relative of mine and he told me that he bought a new CRV at your dealership and they gave him his honda employee doscount. xxx !!!! He said that he knew someone there and that's why he got the discount. A total unfair way of doing business. I will never buy a honda from you guys again and there will be a few others who won't buy from you guys again after I tell them how you treated me. It's your loss ! More
