Been bringing my car here for 8 years now, service center use to be so great and accommodating but ever since I have had to start coming in the afternoon it’s been down hill. I didn’t even get a multi point use to be so great and accommodating but ever since I have had to start coming in the afternoon it’s been down hill. I didn’t even get a multi point inspection with my receipt as I always have in the past. I had to ask the guy who ran my card if there was any recommended services, to which he replied no. Then I get in my car to drive away, and I read what they did give me and there’s 2 services recommended? Not to mention that my oil change sticker doesn’t have a date or a mileage on it. It simply says 10% and I’ve always gotten oil changes at 5k with my car sitting almost at 170k right now. This was a first. I will admit, this was the fastest oil change I’ve ever had done at this dealership. More
