I had a very poor purchase experience. The salesperson did not seem to know what he was doing with the loan approval process, which was from USAA and is a very common way to finance a vehi The salesperson did not seem to know what he was doing with the loan approval process, which was from USAA and is a very common way to finance a vehicle. Because of this confusion, I spent upwards of 5 unnecessary hours waiting to drive my vehicle home from the dealer. The salesperson was very canned and seemed unconcerned by the amount of time I had to wait. I can completely understand why people overpay for Carvana so they don't have to deal with a frustrating dealer experience as I did. I was happy with the vehicle I purchased, but the dealer experience left me with a very poor buying experience. I would not recommend purchasing from White's due to this experience. More
