It took a little longer than expected but everybody I've worked with has been amazing and they even gave me a ride into town so I could have breakfast while I waited. Typically the Whites Ford dealership has been good for us, but our last service experience was poor. A part Whites said that I needed to fix my electric window issue was supposedly ordered but it never a us, but our last service experience was poor. A part Whites said that I needed to fix my electric window issue was supposedly ordered but it never actually was and no one ever checked back with me about scheduling the repair. Because of this, I ended up taking it to another local Ford dealership to do the repair. The other dealership said they didn’t need a part to fix the issue, and the repair was $100 cheaper than what was quoted by Whites. I really didn’t feel like Whites Service Department knew what they were doing this time. I felt way more confident in the other dealership service department. I will probably continue taking my vehicle in to the other dealer from now on. More

I tried White’s Service after having a service problem at another Ford dealership. Not only was the price for repair less expensive but they finished the repair in less time than quoted.
