WHITES FORD ON 57 IN ORRVILLE Incredibly dishonest. They ran a promotion which included cash prizes and I was lead to believe that I won. After calling all the people I was instructed to call and doubl They ran a promotion which included cash prizes and I was lead to believe that I won. After calling all the people I was instructed to call and double checking what was needed to collect my prize ran by this business, all I was left with was a scam. I was instructed to bring my winning ticket, and my ID to Whites Ford and they would give my my prize of 10x $1,000. After two phone calls and a series of question I asked if I would have to buy a car to receive this money, or what stipulations I would need to do to receive my winnings. Both calls they reassured me that I won the winnings, to rush down to the dealership due to it being the last day of the prizes. I drove 30 mins to make it in time just to be lead to a tablet and the sales person explaining that the information on the promotion was misleading and confusing. He then spun the lottery-like game and told me I won $5. He then took my information, handed me a $5 and ushered me out the door. I wasted my gas, my time and adjusted my day to collect what I thought was 10x $1,000 as my ticket described and left with false advertising. I was one of MANY people disappointed and left feeling cheated by this business. I called back to inform them to never use my information for sales or any reach out for purchase. I also asked to speak yo a manager after my experience and was told I would speak to Larry but I was never connected to a manager. I do not trust whites ford on 57. If they can scam all these people with winning tickets, they can scam you on your next vehicle purchase. More
I appreciate the friendly and quick service I receive when I go to the quick change oil lane for service. HOWEVER, during my most recent visit for our 2018 Ford Edge, an issue came up regarding tread depth. The information I was provided resulted in questions on my part. Unfortunately, the persons I had to deal with were unable to provide answers and moreover, made no effort to find someone who could answer my questions. I was clearly not satisfied with what I was being told, so it would have been appropriate to find someone to talk with me. This is a serious issue, so it’s not going away. More
