I can't say enough nice things about Whites Ford Service Department and Service Advisor Justin Plant. I had to get the dreaded cam phasers changed in my 2017 F150. I called them, they gave me a quote, and they were able to get my truck in right away and with a nice loaner vehicle. It did take a little while to get the parts but that's no fault of Whites. During all this Justin kept me updated the entire time as well as when they were starting the tear down and the work. He went above and beyond what I've ever seen any service advisor do. Justin also listened to my concerns about the specific phasers I wanted and confirmed with me that they were putting in those exact ones! I definitely know where I will be going anytime I need anything for my truck! Thank you! More

Disappointed just yesterday with a scam prize giveaway flier I got in the mail saying I was a winner, just to get you in the door. Once they found out I wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle, I wasn’t a wi flier I got in the mail saying I was a winner, just to get you in the door. Once they found out I wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle, I wasn’t a winner anymore. Not even for the $5 minimum prize. Then they walked away and let me find my way out.
