Coerced to come in from a scam flyer stating that I won $10000. Hard sold on a vehicle that I didn't need. Vehicle smelled of smoke and had a burn hole in seat that I was told would be fixed so that I woul $10000. Hard sold on a vehicle that I didn't need. Vehicle smelled of smoke and had a burn hole in seat that I was told would be fixed so that I wouldn't notice and that the car would get a treatment to get rid of smoke smell. The smell is still there and the hole is still visible. Vehicle was advertised online for $22000, when I received my title I was charged $27000. The flyer stated that I would receive $3700 over blue book on my trade and get $3000 off of the price of the new vehicle. Neither of these happened. I got beat up on my trade because of a deer impact reported. When I asked for a carfax on the car I bought I never received it. When I ran it myself the vehicle was reported stolen and had been in an accident. When I came in I had a sinus infection and wasn't thinking straight. All in all it was a terrible experience. The dealership tried to make it right by fixing the smell and hole but didn't come close. Will never buy another vehicle from White's Ford. More

Didn’t really like the buy experience with the contract sales company. I can say the dealer has made the experience better by taking care of the problems that we have had. The White’s Ford team was great. We ordered a Bronco and they were very helpful all during the build process! We even had the unique situation of moving to NC a few months back.
