Welcome had an appointment for 8am. .told it would take around 2 hours. Said they would call when done with recall . Said it was done. Then told that it was another bronco. Told my wife .told it would take around 2 hours. Said they would call when done with recall . Said it was done. Then told that it was another bronco. Told my wife they put tires on a vehicle in front of us. Picked up at 5. No oil change sticker. Front mat and door frame was a mud mess. Must have had barn boots on. Very. Dissatisfied. More
