Curt, Master aScheduler, got me scheduled efficiently as always. Master Tech, Eric, provided professional service on my preventative maintenance and resolved a sluggish smokey performance issue that he diag always. Master Tech, Eric, provided professional service on my preventative maintenance and resolved a sluggish smokey performance issue that he diagnosed as a plugged EGR valve. I didn't realize how sluggish the 6.0 Power Stroke had deteriorated until aI got it back, plenty of power now. As always, they provided professional service in the friendly White's Family way. I even found $40 July 4th service coupon just in time use on the bill. All good!! Thanks More

Just got my truck back after being in shop because engine light came on for the second time. First time after being fixed , went a few days and maybe a hundred miles and engine light appeared again. This second go around got just over a week and less than a thousand miles and engine light has popped up again?? Now I am 500 miles from home! More
