I felt bad for the service manager who checked me in and he did his very best to accommodate me. I scheduled my appointment online in order to use a coupon. When I arrived I wasn't on the schedule. He found he did his very best to accommodate me. I scheduled my appointment online in order to use a coupon. When I arrived I wasn't on the schedule. He found a way to get me in which was appreciated. They send any additional required services to you by email. So after over $300 ( I came in for an oil change) they forget to give me $5 coupon. So A for the effort by the person who checked me in. The work appeared fine. But this is the third time they somehow couldn't use one of their coupons (for various reasons). More
