Kim is outstanding and the reason we have continued to use White's for all of our services. We have had a couple poor experiences in the past with White’s service department but our past few experiences w use White's for all of our services. We have had a couple poor experiences in the past with White’s service department but our past few experiences with Kim have kept us using White’s. She does an exceptional job of communicating information in a professional and through manner without being pushy or “high pressure”. As far as the actual services are concerned we have never had a problem with the work and timelines of our services. Previously the customer service was less than satisfactory and we were often pressured and at times misled on needed services. However with Kim we do not and have not experienced that! I’m not sure if there has been a change to the leadership and management of the Service department, but it has dramatically improved! In my opinion Kim should be promoted or receive a raise if possible! More

I rated it a 3 because I purchased this vehicle new in 2018 with the hands free phone and now it doesn't work and they wanted $150.00 to update my car.
