Ms. Kim is head of service department. I needed my schedule service for my Titan diesel truck XD platinum reserve. I also needed some things fixed I had broke like my passenger side visor and the cent schedule service for my Titan diesel truck XD platinum reserve. I also needed some things fixed I had broke like my passenger side visor and the center dash speaker stopped working. Ms Kim got all the warranty work fixed at no charge while my Titan was in for scheduled service. She also recommended new wipers which I had forgot to ask for as well as brakes fluid. They did a through check and I did notice my brakes responding much better. Thank you for caring about my safety and fixing things for free I didn’t know could be. I give 5 stars to this service department and recommend. More
