This is as my first visit and I was very impressed with everyone whom I interacted. I had a problem with my brakes while shopping in Hopkinsville. Even though it was already 5:30 pm I was welcomed by Ther everyone whom I interacted. I had a problem with my brakes while shopping in Hopkinsville. Even though it was already 5:30 pm I was welcomed by Theron as I pulled into the dealership. He went over and beyond to get me help. He personally escorted me to Tony in the Nissan service dept. Tony took care of my service needs and made an appt for the next day. Kim at the service desk reached out to me the next morning and walked me through the process to get my Titan serviced. What could have been a horrible situation turned into a positive. I plan to continue all my service needs at White’s. They will also be my first stop when looking to buy a new vehicle! The dealership was very welcoming and accommodating to my two toddlers and myself! The room they put us in had two tablets for them to play while we waited. The staff was friendly.
